That’s right in the last couple of week we have gotten a few new boots in and man are they nice. So sit back and enjoy these fabulous new boots.
New Boots #1
The first new boot I want to tell you about is Anderson Bean style 5686A priced at 619.99. This particular Anderson Bean is specially made for our walk-in store located in Lubbock, TX. This means we had an opportunity to sit down with our Anderson Bean sales representative and hand pick the vamp and top leather combination. These boots feature a Rum Brown Bass vamp with an Explosion Oryx top. The combination looks amazing! We chose to decorate the tops with an exciting, new stitch pattern: The Mustache. Did you know the Bass Rum Brown vamp is made from the Arapima fish? Arapima is a large fish that is commonly found in the Amazon. Some of the scales are raised, but that doesn’t affect the boots’ durability. This boot is one good looking boot that is going to look great with any wash of jean.
New Boots #2
The second new boot I want to tell you about is Tony Lama 3R1027 priced at 209.99. Tony Lama recently added this style to their 3R Western Collection. Did you know that the 3R stands for Ranchin’, Ropin’, and Ridin’? This means these boots are the perfect fit for your active lifestyle. The 16 inch Rojo Carrizo top combined with the 2 3/8 inch Dress Heel are staples to the Buckaroo design. These boots also feature a broad square toe. The orthotic insole guarantees comfort, as well as stability. Now personally I think this boot would great with light wash Cinch Jeans and a dark button down. With this look you are ready to dance the night away.

The Saddle Mad Dog vamp is easily maintained with an application of leather conditioner, such as Apache Cream. The 13 inch Sky Blue tops compliment the vamp. A leather outsole is dancefloor and stirrup friendly. Dress this Horse Powers up with a pair of dark wash Wranglers a light color button down and your favorite Cowboy hat. This look will take you from lunch date to wedding ready.

The second square toe boot I want to tell you about is an Ariat style 10016260 priced at 559.99. This Ariat is exotic Caiman gator leather that has a smooth appearance but has a little bit of a texture at touch. The 13 inch Tan tops have unique embroidered and stitched pattern design in black, tan, and white. This particular boot features the ATS mid-level technology offers optimal stability and all day comfort for performance you can depend on. The Fire Catcher has the Goodyear welt and leather outsole that can be re-soled when needed. The 13” Bone Mad Dog tops have a unique black and white stitch pattern that echoes the patchwork design on the foot. Man now this boot has an amazing vamp. The patchwork is truly unique and will most defiantly be a show stopper. You can wear these boots with your favorite Ariat, Cinch, or Wrangler jeans of any wash. Yes, that’s right. These boots will look great with bleached jeans or dark indigo jeans. So don’t be afraid to show them off and try them with different looks.
Well boot world you see sometimes it is cool to be square. So come on down to Boot City and let us one of our friendly crew members help you be square.
Hello boot world, how is everyone doing this fine day? Myself, I am blessed! So today I am going to talk to you about what else other than boots. These aren’t just any boots, these are men Nocona boots. That’s right I have picked out 3 totally great, totally unique, totally different Nocona.
Nocona Style #1
The first Nocona is going to be style MD5305 priced at 229.99. This particular Nocona is part of the Let’s Rodeo Collection, Handcrafted in the U.S.A. This boot features an 11” Oryx Golan Shaft adorned with beige, grey, brown, and blue embroidery that contemplates the shaft. This classic boot has a B-Toe (Square Toe). These are a good looking pair of boots that are going to look good what just about anything you want to pair them with. Dress them up or dress them down either way you can’t go wrong. I personally like them dressed up with a dark wash pair of Cinch jeans and a light color button down and you are ready for any special event you have planned.
Nocona Style #2
The second Nocona I want to tell you about is style NB4050 priced at 189.99. This particular Nocona is part of the men’s ranch hand collection. This boot features a black elephant grain foot and a black Piedra top with grey embroidery. You will be provided comfort with the cushioned insoles. The square toe complements the black elephant leather by giving it a modern western appearance making the boot look extraordinary. A pair of these boots can be paired with any shade of denim and a nice dress up shirt. You’ll make a great appearance while dancing your night away. Now these are probably my favorite Nocona they are nothing out of the ordinary but man are they nice and I think they are unique. To me these are a must have so added them to your collection.
Nocona Style #3
The last Nocona men’s boot I am going to tell you about is style MD8602 priced at 589.99. This particular Nocona was proudly handcrafted in the USA. The Chocolate Caiman looks great with jeans of any shade and khaki dress slacks. You can wear these boots to the office, church, rodeos, weddings, or to any event that requires slightly formal attire. We recommend brushing the boots off after wearing them to prevent dirt from collecting in the grooves. Why? Well after a while the accumulation of dirt particles starts to rub against the leather which eventually causes it to crack. You can also use an application of leather conditioner once a month to keep the leather nourished. The Half Moon Toe peers over the leather welt and provides a breath of fresh air. It’s not quite pointed, snipped, round, or square. In fact it’s more of a combination of all those toe types. The leather outsole is dance floor friendly, so you can easily dance the night away. Now this is a sharp looking boot man it just takes your breath away and it is made right here on American soil what else do you want from a dealer.
Well boot world when it’s time to buy new boots again I hope you think about the Nocona brand they has many different styles at so many great prices.

Hello boot world how is everyone doing on this fine day. Myself I am blessed. It’s about that time again when I tell you about my top favorite for the month. So here are my top 3 for April.
Top 3 For April #1
This first boot I want to tell you about is going to be a Ladies Tony Lama. Style TC1008L is priced at 229.99 and is a top seller. . The Antique Tan Vintage Goat Skin foot features a Nicotine Cross Inlay the outer side of the instep. The Nicotine Crunch Goat Skin tops display an outlined cross as part of the stitch pattern, keeping the cross motif strong. I just love this boot and how sharp it looks. It’s not really a flashy boot but has lot of style. I like the way the cross pops out on the vamp. What is even cooler about the boot is how there is a cross hidden in the stitching design on the 12 inch tops. This boot is going to look great with jeans, shorts, and even dresses. I would personally wear them with a pair of cut off shorts, a cute summer top and matching headband. They will still look great with a pair of Cruel Girl jeans and button down. That’s what makes these boots so great you can wear them with anything.
Top 3 for April #2
The next boot I want to tell you about is going to be a Nocona. Style LD4500 is priced at 209.99. The Honey Cowhide leather is very versatile and will compliment any outfit you pair them with. Especially if you wear them with spring and summer color palettes. The 13 inch Honey Cowhide top features an overall neutral stitch pattern with a hint of teal. The hint of teal the boot has on the tops is what makes this boot stand out. Gives you just enough of that little pop you want but still elegant enough for every day wear. Leather outsoles are dance floor ready so you can easily wear them to any event that lands on your social calendar. I would pair these Nocona’s with a great spring dress with lots of bright colors.
Top 3 for April #3
The last boot I am going to tell you about is style NL4035 priced at 189.99. This Nocona is a beautiful black boot that will not break your budget. The Black Brasalis Calfskin leather has a slight shine that allows these boots to transition from casual to dress. 11 inch tops feature an eight row stitch pattern consisting of rust, dull yellow and white thread. Leather outsoles are perfect companions to the dance floor, but that is not the only bonus. Leather outsoles are easily repaired at a local boot repair shop. Chances are any boot with leather outsoles can have anywhere between 3 to 10 half soles or complete soles put on them. Talk about an investment! These Nocona’s will look great dressed up or casual. I personally like them all dressed up. Wear them with a fun flowy skirt and matching top and you are ready for whatever the nigh has to offer. Want them for more casual wear? No worries grab your favorite Cruel Girl jeans, t-shirt and baseball cap and you are ready for a day on the lake.
Well boot world these are my top 3 for April. Great boots and great prices that you can wear with just about everything in your closet, and if you are a boot fanatic like myself that is a very big deal.

Top 3 for March: Second
The 2nd boot I am going to tell you about is the Nocona 8093601L10 priced at $259.99 This Kango Tobacco Smooth Ostrich vamp will have some quills but will vary between boots. Ostrich leather is soft yet durable and one of my all-time favorites because they are so easy to break in! The 13 inch Cowhide Beige tops have a fair amount of stitching and complement the chocolate brown smooth ostrich foot leather. This Nocona is going to look great on Easter Sunday with your khakis, a pale yellow button down and matching tie. The great thing about this Nocona is that it pairs great with everything. They would look really great with a dark wash Cinch and a dark button down. This is one of the reason I love this Nocona they look awesome with whatever you wear. Hello Boot World, how is everyone doing this fine day? Myself I am Blessed. So today I want to show you some great cowboy accessories. I have picked 3 boots and have paired them with belts and wallets. If your cowboy is as picky as mine everything has to match and it has to have that perfect crease. So here is what I like and also one set is what my cowboy wears.
Cowboy Accessories Combination: 1
The first is going to be style 6752Z by Anderson Bean. This Anderson Bean is a custom boot made up just for our store. This particular boot features Elephant leather vamp in a smooth chocolate color. The Elephant leather is one of the toughest out there. The 13 inch Mad Cat tops are a tan color with a unique stitch pattern. I think this boot would look great with N2491602 a Nocona Belt. This belt features praying cowboy conchos with silver studs between the conchos. Horsehair braids border this great belt and it has dark brown basket weave stamped ends. It also has a removable silver buckle. To me this belt adds just a little something extra to pull the look together. Now to finish your look, add a great wallet and you’re done. The N5431401 Nocona Wallet matches the belt with one silver concho that features the praying cowboy. This particular wallet is genuine top grain leather with a slim fit design that has lasting quality by a brand you can trust. So pair these items with a great pair of dark Cinch jeans and a pastel button down and you are ready for any wedding, graduation, or night out on the town.
Cowboy Accessories Combination: 2
The second is the Justin style BR319 and it is part of the Justin Bent Rail collection. The Black Wildebeest vamp is a textured leather with distress marks already in the leather. The 13 inch classic red tops have great stitch work and have arrows on the top of the boot. This Justin also has the J-Flex comfort insole system so you know your feet will have plenty of support. I like these Justin with the N2442701 Nocona belt. This black belt is hair on calf with red rhinestones, silver conchos and basket weaved leather billets. The removable buckle is tooled silver. This belt is great for that cowboy who likes to stand out a little more and is more fashion forward. Now to finish this look off add a great all black wallet like the Ariat A3515001. This wallet by Ariat is genuine top grain leather, with a slim fit design and has heavy duty stitching. This black basket weave wallet features a unique southwestern styled concho and silver studs details. Now, I personally like it when my cowboy wears this combination with his dark wash Wranglers and a dark button down. He wore this to graduation and was a big hit. Not only for how nice he looked, but also because he was wearing school colors.
Cowboy Accessories Combination: 3
The last is going to be Anderson Bean style 0028L. This Anderson Bean is a also a custom made boot just for our walk-in store. This boot features black Elephant vamp with 13 Inch Bone Mad Cat with Star Embroidery tops. The Elephant leather is the toughest out there and can with stand pretty much anything. The soft color top with Star Embroidery will surely make this boot one of a kind. Add the N2495267 Nocona belt to pull any look together. This belt features a rich full grain leather construction, exquisite embossed tooled leather billet design, gator croc print double stitched leather, and removable silver tooled buckle. I feel this Nocona is more of a traditional men’s belt. Now to finish off the look add WJS180 Justin wallet. This men’s rodeo wallet from Justin features a shrunken shoulder leather outer shell, man-made lining, leather inlay, silver tone nailheads and a silver tone Justin concho. Now I think this all looks great with a dark wash Cinch jean and a little color button down. With this look you will be ready for that big wedding coming up or for your nieces and nephews graduation in May.
Well Boot World, this is a combination of Boots, Belts, and Wallets that I personally think look great together and what my cowboy looks great in. With plenty to choose from I am sure we can find a great combination for you too.
Full Quill Ostrich is considered an exotic leather and demands a premium price because out of a full ostrich skin only about 1/3 of the full skin can be used for construction of a full quill boot so 2/3’s of the leather is then used for belly or smooth ostrich. The ostrich leather is very distinctive in the way it looks; no other exotic leather looks quite like it! The bumps actually come from where the feathers are located and in the early days the feathers were much more important than the hide. The feathers adorned evening dresses and big fancy hats; the use in Cowboy Boots and wallets become popular in the 1970s. Full Quill and smooth ostrich are some of the most durable exotic leathers helping to make Ostrich premium leather.
style # 8093601L10 is made exclusively for our store www.bootcity.com and it is produced by Nocona Boot Company! The smooth ostrich is taken from the belly of the bird; hence some people call it “belly ostrich”. Typically the smooth ostrich has very few quill markings. This boot is a bewitching color combination of a milky chocolate color with a beige top. The more narrow square toe looks classy in every detail; much more dressy than the broad square toe! The best part yet…this boot is made in the USA!
Full Quill Ostrich
style # 3094A is a fairly new style and one of my personal favorites in Men’s is made by Anderson Bean. I LOVE the pale tan ostrich color and the lime green tops are the best thing since butter on bread! The stitching on the tops is reminiscent of an Aztec print and the soft tan elaborate stitches complete the color scheme of this boot. Made in the USA especially for www.bootcity.com!
