MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the RMA number.
RMA Request Procedure:
* Please contact the Woods Boot City Internet Co. with your return request via phone at 888 543-2668 or email sales@bootcity.com
* We recommend trying the shoes on at home on carpeting to make sure the fit and feel is what is best for you. The shoes must be clean and free from wear.
* Any product that is returned must be brand new, and packaged in the original manufacturer’s carton with all corresponding package materials. To avoid restocking fees, please wrap your package prior to shipping.
* Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and should be insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back at Woods Boot City Internet Co. within 30 days of delivery.
* Returns not packaged properly are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

Special Notes:
- We can not ship snake skin products to California.
- Colors may vary depending on your monitor.
- Exchanges must be within 30 days after purchase and only on new or never worn merchandise.
- No COD returns will be accepted.
- Boot City reserves the right on all exchanges or refunds to have the final say.
- Refunds - cost of merchandise minus shipping and handling
